*Booking Policy*
-All rides must be scheduled at least 24/48 hours in advance
-Same day bookings may be available with a $10 rush fee, depending on driver availability
-Weekly/monthly school, private and NEMT bookings are recommended for guaranteed routes
*Grace Period*
-Drivers are allowed a 5-minute grace period at each stop (pickup/drop-off)
-After 5 minutes, a $10 wait time see will apply per 15-minute interval
-After 15 minutes with no rider present, the trip is marked as a no show/no refund (see below)
*Cancellation Policy*
-Cancel at least 4 hours before pickup to avoid fees
-Late cancellations (less than 4 hours or upon arrival), no refunds (see refund policy)
-Chronic cancellations may lead to revoked services
*No-Show Policy*
-If the rider is not present within the grace window, the rider will be marked as a no-show without a refund
-For students, parents/guardians and schools will be immediately
*Weather Policy*
-In hazardous conditions, routes may be delayed or cancelled
-You will be contacted if schools or facilities are closed
-No charges for weather-related cancellations
*Payment Policy*
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BEFORE SERVICES BEGIN!!!!!
-Daily: Pay before pickup
-Weekly: Pay by Sunday before 8PM
-Accepted: Cash, Zelle (LaKeisha Johnson 216-423-1704), Cash App ($KDTrans216), PayPal (LaKeisha Johnson/KeishaJ206) or Square
*Additional Stops*
-Additional pickup/drop off locations: $5 per stop
-Must be added at time of booking, not during the route
*Multiple Riders (Private Transportation)*
*If more than one person is riding privately (not part of school/NEMT) group):
-Base rate covers 1 rider
-Each additional passenger is $10 per trip
-All riders must be included at booking time
*Ideal for:
-Friends riding together
-Families with multiple children
-Shared private appointments (regular rate)
*Refunds, Rescheduling & Credit Policy*
-Full refunds available only for services cancelled according to our policy
-Rescheduling based on availability of the driver
-If a round trip is booked but only used one way, a credit will be issued for the unused portion of the trip
-Credit can be applied within the same month used for services - no rollover months
*Rider & Conduct Policy*
-Riders must remain seated and buckled
-NO eating, smoking, drinking, fighting or loud disruptive behavior
-Repeated issues may result in service termination
-Parents/guardians will be informed of any behavior incidents involving students
-All small children are required to be in a booster seat with seatbelt on
-Riders, if you are sick, PLEASE WEAR A MASK!! There are masks and sanitizers in the vehicles.
-Parents/guardians, please let the driver know if your child is sick. Masks will be provided
